We have worked with many clients, including large multinationals (including Apple), startups, banks, and agencies.  We are seeking a Senior SEO Content and Technical Freelancer to work directly with an exciting US client.

The final client for this role is a leading international agency with over 20 years of experience, offering flexible work arrangements, career development, and an award-winning culture.

Position Summary

We seek an experienced Senior SEO Content and Technical Freelancer to lead and manage advanced technical SEO initiatives for mid to enterprise-level ecommerce businesses. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and client-facing communication skills. You will be responsible for driving SEO results through strategy, data analysis, and technical implementation, while mentoring a team of senior SEO professionals and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Required Skills

Must-Haves:

• Strong ability to communicate in English (Professional proficiency).
• Previous experience working with international clients.
  5+ years of SEO experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting, managing diverse client portfolios
• In-depth technical SEO knowledge: schema, structured data, Core Web Vitals (CWV), mobile optimization
• Experience with headless and composable frameworks (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, PWA)
• Strong ability to interpret data, generate reports, and present insights to stakeholders
• Proven experience mentoring and managing senior SEO professionals
• Proficiency in agile project management, timeline coordination, and resource planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex SEO concepts

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with UX principles and tools like Lighthouse and CWV
• Experience with international SEO and large-scale ecommerce implementations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO audits, site architecture improvements, and optimization projects
• Translate performance data into actionable SEO strategies and measurable outcomes
• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, aligning SEO efforts with business goals
• Collaborate closely with UX, product, and dev teams to integrate SEO into product development workflows
• Guide and mentor senior SEO strategists, promoting collaboration and growth
• Ensure high-impact delivery of SEO solutions across multiple client accounts

Compensation, Contract, Terms

• USD 70-80 per hour, paid monthly.
• Contract: 3 Months Freelance (prestación de servicios) with our company in the US.
• Full-time position.
• Time zone: EST
• Start date: ASAP
